Alison Johnson

Alison Johnson is an experienced professional in investor relations and financial planning, currently serving as Director of Investor Relations at Transocean since October 2017. Previously, Alison held various managerial roles in financial planning and marketing strategy. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor® with Parkway Real Estate Services, Alison has been involved in real estate since 2017 and became a licensed broker in 2025. Alison has also worked at Baker Hughes, a GE company, managing strategic accounts and developing service offerings in oilfield services. Prior experience includes roles in business development and account management at GE Oil & Gas and significant military service as a Flight Chief in the United States Air Force, overseeing substantial contract actions. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
