Alistair Slater

Alistair Slater has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance within the offshore industry, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Global HSE Performance Training at Transocean since March 1995. In this role, Alistair provides targeted HSE support and coaching during various project phases and facilitates training sessions, including Frontline Leadership and TOPSET Lead Investigator Training. Previously, as a Global HSE Performance Coach, Alistair focused on enhancing operational integrity and HSE standards offshore. Alistair's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Barge Supervisor, ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating maritime operations, along with military service as an Able Seaman Sonar in the Royal Navy from March 1987 to May 1993. Alistair's foundational education was completed at Carrick Academy between 1981 and 1986.
