Arild Tangen is currently the Offshore Installation Manager at Transocean, overseeing operations on the Transocean Equinox. Previously, they served as a Mate/SDPO on a diving ship for Volstad Maritime AS and held positions as 1st Officer and Barge Engineer at Havila Shipping AS and Songa Offshore, respectively. Arild earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Handelshøyskolen BI, alongside a leadership education for platform managers from Stavanger offshore skole and a maritime captain degree from Ålesund Tekniske Fagskole.
