Bruce Tiley

Bruce Tiley is currently a Toolpusher at Transocean Norge, working on a harsh environment dual operations DP semi-submersible offshore Norway. They began their career in the Royal Navy, serving as a Chief Petty Officer in Marine Engineering before transitioning to the offshore drilling industry, where they held various positions, including Floorman at Santa Fe Offshore and Driller at Maersk Drilling. Bruce's education includes multiple degrees in management and safety, with a focus on coaching and team dynamics from BI Norwegian Business School. They have extensive experience supervising drilling operations and improving rig efficiencies through training and planning initiatives.
