Emily Rosenberg

Emily Rosenberg is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Counsel at Transocean since July 2022, Emily previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel - Compliance at Diamond Offshore from May 2017 to July 2022. Prior to that, Emily worked at Ensco plc, first as Compliance Counsel and then as Associate Attorney from October 2012 to May 2017. Emily began a legal career as Attorney ad Litem in Houston, Texas, from 2010 to 2012, representing parents and children in abuse and neglect cases. Emily earned a J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2010 and a B.A. in Religion/Religious Studies from Colgate University in 2004.
