Frances Tan

Frances Tan has over two decades of experience in corporate finance and treasury management, currently serving as Assistant Treasurer at Transocean since October 2011, where responsibilities include managing debt and capital market activities, compliance, and financial metrics analysis. Previously, Frances worked as an Independent Treasury Consultant and held the position of Director of Treasury at CGGVeritas / Veritas DGC, focusing on global treasury strategies, liquidity management, and cash systems enhancement. Earlier roles include Staff Accountant at Triten Corporation and Office Manager at The Structured Trade Group, LLC, as well as experience at Wells Fargo Bank in corporate trust. Frances holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
