Gabriel Rabello is an experienced rig manager with a proven track record at Transocean since March 2013, holding various positions including Assistant Rig Manager, Drilling Superintendent, and Rig Operations Engineer. In these roles, Gabriel has focused on reducing well construction duration while ensuring safety, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high asset standards. Additionally, Gabriel has experience as an Assistant Driller, where responsibilities included planning and executing drilling operations on an ultra-deepwater dual derrick drillship. Prior to Transocean, Gabriel served as Director of Leadership for Students and Young Professionals at the Society of Petroleum Engineers and completed engineering internships at Petrobras and Baker Hughes. Gabriel holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
