Jack T. Daly has extensive experience in the offshore drilling industry, with a career spanning over five decades. Currently retired since June 2015, Daly has held positions such as Barge Master and Rig Mover at Shelf Drilling and Transocean from 2009 to the present. Prior roles include OIM and Senior Barge Engineer at GlobalSantaFe from 1973 to 2009, where key achievements included the dry towing of the Galveston Key to Singapore and the construction of semi-submersible rigs. Daly began their career in the industry in 1970 as a deckhand and has advanced through various roles, ultimately obtaining USCG and Vanuatu Unrestricted OIM licenses.
