Jared Tillman has a diverse work experience in the engineering and marine industries. Jared started their career at Transocean in 2006 as a Lead Controls Engineer, where they worked for over a decade. Jared then joined Keelson Marine Assurance in 2017 as a Marine Consultant before moving to Cameron, a Schlumberger company, in 2018 as a Control Engineer in the Drilling Systems division. Finally, in 2019, they returned to Transocean as a Senior Lead Controls Engineer.
Jared Tillman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Lamar University from 2001 to 2003, majoring in Computer Engineering. Jared also holds a certification as a Functional Safety Engineer from TUV Rheinland, which they obtained in November 2013.
