Michael Calise is an experienced marine engineer with a strong background in power generation and machinery operations. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at DRBA since May 2016, Calise previously worked at Transocean from April 2010, holding the positions of 2nd Assistant Engineer and Relief 1st Assistant while gaining STCW certification and performing essential maintenance and troubleshooting on advanced power systems. Prior experience includes a role as a Marine Engineer at Life Cycle Engineering, providing technical support for US Navy propulsion systems and training personnel. Calise earned a degree in Marine Engineering Operations from Maine Maritime Academy in 2009.
