Norbert Dabrowski

Norbert Dabrowski is a Chief Officer SDPO at Transocean, who holds a Master Unlimited license and an MSc in Nautical Studies. With extensive experience in the offshore industry since 2014, Norbert has worked on various drilling units, managing complex marine operations while ensuring project delivery and crew safety. They have successfully led safety meetings and have a proven track record in SPS and OVID inspections. Norbert has collaborated with numerous clients, consistently demonstrating high performance and adaptability to diverse offshore environments. Currently, they supervise marine activities at Transocean, further developing emergency response plans and HSEQ reports.
