Per Inge Flakke

Per Inge Flakke is an OIM at Dolwin Beta with Aibel and has been in the role since 2015. They hold 26 years of experience in the maritime and oil industries, including 10 years on oil platforms offshore. Before joining Aibel, Flakke worked as an OIM with Transocean from 2011 to the present and with Aker Drilling from 2006 to 2011. Flakke has extensive knowledge of HSEQ systems and PSA/NMD regulations, having conducted numerous authority audits and system audits on development projects. They earned a Naval Master degree from the Oslo Maritime Institute from 1980 to 1983.
