Ryan Metz

Ryan Metz is a seasoned professional in the drilling industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since December 2019, Ryan has worked at Transocean as an Assistant Rig Manager, previously holding positions as Manager of Reliability and Lead Operations Reliability Engineer. Prior to joining Transocean, Ryan served as a Mechanical Superintendent at EnscoRowan PLC from August 2017 to June 2019. Ryan's career at Ensco plc from February 1997 to July 2017 included roles such as Rig Asset Manager, Rig Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Mechanical Engineer/Drilling Equipment Engineer, and Engineer Trainee. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from LeTourneau University from 1992 to 1996.
