Ryan Wall has extensive maritime experience, currently serving as a 1st Assistant Engineer at Transocean since December 2010, with previous roles including 2nd Assistant Marine Engineer and FTP Subsea Engineer, contributing to the Deepwater Asgard drillship project in South Korea and drilling operations in Indonesia. Earlier in the career, Ryan worked as a 3rd Assistant Marine Engineer on the Deepwater Champion and Discoverer Luanda, supporting operations in the Black Sea and Angola. Prior experience includes serving as a 3rd Engineer with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary from September 2003 to December 2010. Ryan holds a Higher National Diploma in Marine Electronic Engineering from South Tyneside College and achieved GCSE qualifications with grades C and above in ten subjects from Monkwearmouth Comprehensive.
