Yves Nerisson

Yves Nerisson has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Yves started their career in 1995 as a Drilling Engineer for Foramer Angola and later became a Base Manager in Nigeria for Pride International. From 1998 to 2011, they worked for Pride International in various roles including Corporate Operation Director Assistant, Project Manager for land rig refurbishment, and Area Manager for ME&NA Land Operations. In 2011, they joined Ensco plc as an Asset Manager for Gulf of Mexico Operations. Yves then worked for Ocean Rig as the VP of Operations in Angola and later as the VP of Operations from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they serve as an Operations Director for Transocean.

Yves Nérisson has an Engineer's degree in Petroleum Engineering - Oil Field Development from IFP School, which they earned from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Yves also holds a Technician degree in Mechanical Engineering and Fabrication from Université de Bretagne Occidentale, which they completed from 1989 to 1991.
