Mayank Jain

Mayank is a senior executive with over 22 years of experience in Human Capital and Transformation. He has led various groups and COEs for Workforce Strategy & Analytics in global companies. He was the Global head of the Workforce Transformation & Analytics COE for Allianz group and member of its Global HR Executive Committee. He has built and led similar functions at Providence Healthcare, Visa and Ameriprise Financial. He has been instrumental in helping HR organizations derive their People Strategy from Business Strategy and ensure execution of decisions based on Analytics. He currently runs People Transformation Group, a consulting practice with a focus on Digital Transformation.
