Swati Verma

Swati Verma has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Swati started their career in 2004 as a Human Resource Executive at Idea, where they managed recruitment and induction programs, conducted employee engagement activities, and facilitated performance management processes. Swati then moved on to work as a Senior Human Resource Executive at Mphasis, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes and was involved in various hiring initiatives. Swati then joined Aon Hewitt as a Senior Human Resource Consultant, focusing on HR consulting before moving to Technopak Advisors as a Consultant Human Resources. Here, they provided HR consulting services and worked on various projects until 2017. In 2018, Swati joined TransOrg Analytics as the Head of Human Resources and continues to excel in their role.

Swati Verma obtained a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Human Resource Management and International Business from Rai Business School, New Delhi from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they hold a certification in Professional in Human Resources from SHRM and HRCI.
