Steve Skaggs

Steve Skaggs is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience as a former CEO and CFO of public technology companies. Currently serving as a Director and Audit Committee Chair at Coherent Corp. and Ouster, Skaggs also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at TransPak. They hold an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Skaggs has a rich background in finance, M&A, corporate strategy, operations, and international business, along with prior roles at Atmel Corporation, Lattice Semiconductor, and Bain & Company.
