Tracy Pratt is the General Manager at TransPak, overseeing operations and serving as Program Manager for key accounts within diverse sectors such as Semiconductor and Aerospace. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, they are dedicated to increasing revenue and streamlining operations. Tracy has extensive experience in management, having served in various roles at Innovated Packaging Company, including Operations Manager III, and has developed skills in staff development, team leadership, and process improvement. They are currently pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Criminal Justice at the University of Phoenix and West Valley College, respectively.
