From 2008 to 2019, they were the Founder & President and Founder & CEO of Antidote.me. From 2007 to 2008, they were the European Sales Director at ValueClick Europe, and from 2006 to 2007 they were the VP International Business Development at Kayak.com. From 2005 to 2006, they were the VP Operations & Strategy at Cellectivity Ltd., and from 1999 to 2005 they were the Co-founder & VP Strategy at Kelkoo.

Pablo Graiver obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Universidad Nebrija between 1990 and 1994. Prior to that, they attended Universidad Autonoma de Madrid from 1986 to 1989, studying Biology.
