Rupert Nathan is a Chartered MCSI consultant with extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a consultant at the Transparency Task Force since June 2022, Rupert is involved with the All Party Parliamentary Group for Investment Fraud and Fairer Financial Services. Previously, Rupert held the position of Compliance Manager at AFEX MARKETS PLC from 2018 to 2021, overseeing compliance in OTC derivatives sales and serving as Company Secretary until May 2020. Rupert’s experience also includes a directorship at IKON Finance Limited, where significant restructuring was accomplished prior to a FCA review, and directorial roles at both Goldenway Group and Fortrade Ltd., focusing on compliance and business viability assessments. Early education includes a Leaving Certificate from Camberwell Grammar School.
