Dicus began a career in design as a Graphic Designer at Creative Apparel Concepts, Inc., following a tenure as a Softball Instructor at DuPage Training Academy. Dicus holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Kankakee Community College.
