Michael Lewis is an experienced User Experience Lead at TransPerfect since July 2021. Previously, Michael served as an Experience Designer and Design Strategist at Modementum Europe.Inc from October 2017 to July 2018, where responsibilities included facilitating workshops to analyze business strategies and developing customer journey maps. Earlier in 2017, Michael interned at Chandelier Creative, supporting the creative team with research and design ideation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information and Experience Design from Pratt Institute (2019-2020), a Master of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design - The New School (2015-2017), and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Universitas Pelita Harapan (2010-2014).
