Mohammad Faruk

Mohammad Faruk has a diverse background in interpretation and translation, with current roles as an Over the Phone Interpreter at TransPerfect and a Freelance Medical Interpreter at ProZ.com since January 2023 and July 2022, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as a Rohingya Interpreter at Voyce and a Volunteer Translator and Interpreter at Tarjimly. Additional roles span positions such as Over the Phone Interpreter at Hands Up Communications and Transcriptionist at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Prior to these roles, Mohammad worked as a Translator and Interpreter, Community Mobilizer, and Curriculum Translator at BRAC, as well as a Teacher for the Ministry of Education in Myanmar. Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Sittway University.
