Yu Ma is an experienced Mandarin interpreter with a strong background in healthcare and related fields. Currently working at Lionbridge since December 2018, Yu focuses on healthcare-related calls, including NY Medicaid choice nurse assessments. Previous experience includes providing consecutive interpretation for a variety of medical, banking, and emergency service calls at LanguageLine Solutions from September 2018 to May 2023. Additional roles at TransPerfect, GLOBO, and CyraCom Language Solutions involve interpreting calls across healthcare, insurance, and banking sectors.
