Clint Earle has a long history of work experience, starting with the US Navy in 1996 as an Interior Communications Electrician 2nd Class, where they were responsible for repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul of shipboard communications, control, and alarm systems. Clint was awarded Commendations (x2) from Admiral Sixth Fleet for repairs of critical, ship disabling failures while at sea. In 2000, they began working as a Final Test Technician for Varian Semiconductor. In 2002, they worked as a Marine Electrician for LPI Technologies and Services. In 2005, they worked as a Field Service Engineer for Varian Semiconductor at Qimonda North America, supporting VIISta 810 EHP and HC toolsets. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as an Implant Equipment Technician and Shift Lead for Hynix Semiconductor, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of 19 ion implanter and 20 rapid thermal anneal toolsets. In 2010, they began working as an Equipment Engineer - Etch/Thin Films/Photo/Metrology for Transphorm Inc., providing engineering support for semiconductor capital equipment and general fab equipment. Clint was responsible for installation, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, PM regime implementation, and maintaining uptime/MTBF/ pareto reports of LAM/Plasmatherm etch (ICP, TCP, RIE), Novellus PECVD, Mattson RTA, KLA/Tencore metrology, Nikon Steppers, Karl Suss mask alligners, SVG tracks, CHA metal evaporation, and various other toolsets.
Clint Earle attended Stanfield High School from 1988 to 1992. Clint then attended Oregon State University from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Zoology.
