Stacy McDaniel

Stacy McDaniel (Schlear), PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR systems management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of HR Systems at the U.S. Department of Transportation since May 2023, McDaniel has previously held key positions at the USPTO, including HR Information Systems Branch Chief and HR Systems Program Manager. With a background in consulting as a Manager at BearingPoint (now Deloitte) and roles at Pearson plc as an Oracle 11i HRMS Consultant and Project Manager, McDaniel also has experience as a Senior HR Systems Analyst at Intelsat and a Systems Analyst at IBM. McDaniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Decision Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and has further education from The Johns Hopkins University.
