Burak Darakci is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in customer support and system engineering. Currently serving as the 3rd Line Support Team Leader and Senior Customer Support Engineer at Transputec Ltd since November 2021, Burak previously held the position of Senior System Engineer at SunExpress from June 2019 to November 2021.
