Dean Roodt has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dean began their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at Media24 (Pty) Ltd in 2004 and later joined Snappy Snaps Franchises Ltd as a Graphic Designer. In 2007, they joined Transputec Ltd as a Senior Sales Support/Sales Support Manager, where they managed the Sales Support Team and handled procurement procedures. Dean then worked as a Personal Assistant to the Director at AFRILINK FIBRE (PTY) LTD, providing secretarial support and diary management. Dean also worked as an Ad & Layout Designer at The Cape Tabloid for a brief period. Dean pursued freelance work as a Graphic Designer at DMR Logos & Branding and later became the Director and DTP Designer. Dean also worked as a TV/MOVIE Extra at Funky Lemon Productions. Most recently, Dean has been with Transputec Ltd as the Head Of Sales Support and Vendor Manager. Dean has also served as a Vendor Manager and Senior Sales Support.
Dean Roodt completed their high school education at Vredenburg High School from 1998 to 2002. Dean obtained 6 A Levels, indicating a comprehensive academic curriculum during this time. After high school, Dean attended Prestige Academy from 2002 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Desktop Publishing & Computer Art. Dean successfully completed this program and obtained a certification in Desktop Publishing & Computer Art from Prestige Academy in December 2003.
