Hal Rubin

Hal Rubin is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in property treaty underwriting and management. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Property Treaty Latin America at TransRe since December 2014, Hal Rubin has previously held significant roles such as Executive Director at Ace Tempest Re and Actuary at Itau XL. With over 18 years of experience at AIG, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President, Hal Rubin possesses extensive expertise in the industry. Hal Rubin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and attended the University at Buffalo prior to that, along with completing studies at East Islip High School.
