Melissa Nat

Melissa Nat has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Talent Development at TransRe since February 2010. In this role, Melissa Nat manages various HR functions including employee communication, onboarding, performance management, and policy development. Prior to TransRe, Melissa Nat held the position of HR Manager at Stroz Friedberg, LLC, overseeing all HR activities for a global firm. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Castle Point Mortgage and Assistant Account Executive at Freeman Public Relations. Melissa Nat holds a Master’s Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland, along with additional training in professional studies and improv comedy.
