Tom Willis

Tom Willis is an experienced underwriter currently employed at TransRe since August 2019, specializing in Aviation, Space, Property, Engineering, and Onshore Energy. Prior to this role, Tom served as an Assistant Underwriter and an Underwriting Assistant, gaining expertise in various sectors within non-marine underwriting. Previous experience includes internships at CHARLES TAYLOR WINES LIMITED and Safran, as well as teaching English as a Second Language at Ayuntamiento de Arjona. Tom began his career as a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose and worked as an Au Pair in France. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Spanish from Durham University and completed a year abroad at Universidad de Salamanca. Early education was completed at The John Fisher School, culminating in GCSEs and A-Levels.
