Maya Teope is an experienced professional with a strong background in innovation, business strategy, and human resources. Currently serving as Manager at Transreport since October 2023, Maya previously excelled as an Innovation Analyst at Rainmaking APAC from October 2021 to November 2023, leading market entry programs for startups and evaluating numerous corporate problem statements. Prior experience includes roles at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation as an HRBP and HR Analytics specialist, where Maya implemented HR analytics and created data visualizations, and as a Field Consultant at Kumon Philippines, providing strategic recommendations to franchise owners. Maya's early career featured a marketing role at Business Bootcamp and an internship at Sky Cable. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Global Business and Management Studies from Doshisha University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Ateneo de Manila University, complemented by a short program in Japanese Language and Culture from Meiji University.
