Bill Ruch

Bill Ruch has held various positions in the technology and financial services industry since 1990. Bill began their career as a Senior Business Analyst at Illinois Power Company in 1990, and then moved on to American Express in 1993, where they held the position of Director of Technology and IT Director. In 2009, they became a Senior Relationship Manager at First Data Australia and then went on to become General Manager at Cuscal in 2011. In 2013, they took on the role of General Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems, and then transitioned to Conduent in 2018, where they were General Manager and Vice President. In the same year, they also became the Founder and Director of BAR2 Consulting Pty Ltd. In 2020, they joined TransSIGHT as Vice President, and in 2019, they became a Board Member at MaaS America.

Bill Ruch obtained their MBA from Curtin University in 2007, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University in 1985, and a Certificate in Data Science for Executives from UC Berkeley School of Information in 2019.
