Dechao Lang

Dechao LANG has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dechao currently works as an Investment Director at TRANSSION HOLDINGS since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Investment at CoStone Capital from March 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining CoStone Capital, Dechao worked at VIP.com as a Senior Manager of Investment from September 2015 to February 2020. Dechao also gained experience in corporate strategy as an MBA Trainee at VIP.com from September 2014 to August 2015.

Dechao started their career as a Summer Associate at UBS in June 2013. Dechao then transitioned to Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they held several managerial positions including Merger Integration Manager from December 2011 to June 2012 and Commercial Planning Manager from November 2009 to January 2012.

Prior to their corporate roles, Dechao worked as a Consultant at Advancy Management Consulting from July 2007 to October 2009.

Dechao Lang completed a BA in Economics at Peking University, Guanghua School of Management from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Columbia Business School.
