Jonathan Carnes is the current President and CEO of Transtar LLC, having previously served as the CEO of Transtar and President of the Transtar Companies at United States Steel Corporation. Prior to that, Jonathan held the position of President and Chairman at Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis. Jonathan also has experience as a General Manager at OmniTRAX, Inc. and held various roles at CSX, including Terminal Manager, Asst Supt, Trainmaster, Conductor, and Consultant. Jonathan received an EMBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Transportation Logistics and Management from the University of North Florida.
