Michael Lloyd

Michael Lloyd is a seasoned Consultant Engineer currently working as a Senior Engineer at Transtech since 2024. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at the City of Moreno Valley from 2007 to 2016, including Director of Public Works/City Engineer, Engineering Division Manager, and Assistant City Manager for Development Services. Michael has also worked at Dean International and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and was an Analyst at ITS, Inc. They earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University, along with an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Michael retired briefly in 2023 before reentering the workforce.
