Alexander Schuil

Alexander Schuil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various industries. As the Director and Board Member at Hotek Hospitality Group since November 2024, Alexander also serves as Managing Partner and Founder at NOVIDAM, an entrepreneurial private equity firm established in 2014, focusing on tech-enabled service companies. Additional board positions include directorships at Briscoe Protective, Space, TransTech, Lansa Ingredients, Eclipse Group, Emerge IT Solutions Pty Ltd, All Essential Fire & Security, and Big Bird Fund. Alexander holds an MBA from INSEAD with a focus on Private Equity Investing, Advanced Finance, and Entrepreneurship, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Finance & Investments and International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
