Ama Lee

Ama Lee currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at TransUnion, advising on complex business and regulatory issues since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Tomlinson & Shapiro, P.C. and Latham & Watkins, as well as serving as a Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant at Harvard Law School, focusing on medieval criminal law and the COVID-19 pandemic's legal implications. Earlier work includes positions as a Summer Associate at Jones Day and Latham & Watkins, and participation in diversity and leadership programs such as the New York City Bar Diversity Fellowship and the NY LEO program. Ama Lee holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a Master’s in Accounting from Tulane University, and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Art History from the same institution.
