SVP, Solutions - Neustar at TransUnion

Bob McKay is the SVP, Solutions at Neustar, a TransUnion company. Bob has extensive experience in customer identity, fraud, risk, and compliance. Bob was recruited by a private equity firm to join Neustar’s executive committee and to form a new division for the company to address the growing opportunities in fraud, risk, and compliance. In their role as SVP & GM, Bob provided executive leadership to all functional areas of the business unit’s vision as well as executing against the operational plan necessary to achieve that vision. Bob drove the company’s M&A activities for the Customer Identity, Fraud, Risk & Compliance business unit including completing and integrating the TRUSTID business into the division. Bob was responsible for scaling and managing a product management, product marketing, and customer delivery organizations to support company growth resulting in a doubling of their direct and matrix headcount. Bob established operational excellence to enable the team’s ability to execute consistently, rapidly, and effectively. In their tenure, the business unit achieved strong double-digit annual growth in revenue while expanding EBITDA to mid-forties contributing to a third of Neustar’s valuation at acquisition.

Bob McKay attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Bob McKay reports to Tim Martin, EVP, Chief Global Solutions Officer. Bob McKay works with Lee Kirschbaum - EVP, Risk & Communications Solutions - Neustar, Michael Schoen - EVP & GM, Marketing Solutions - Neustar, and Jimmy Garvert - SVP & GM, Communications Solutions - Neustar.
