Carey Pellock

EVP, CHRO - Neustar at TransUnion

Carey Pellock is the EVP, CHRO of Neustar at TransUnion. Carey has over 15 years of human resources experience, working through progressive HR roles focused on developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Carey has concentrated their efforts in the areas of total rewards, succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational management, training and development, coaching, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to their current role, Carey was the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Neustar, Inc., where they were a key member of the HR leadership team, supporting all functions. Carey drove the human capital agenda and enhanced key global policies/procedures. Carey also led a global team of human resources business partner (HRBP) professionals through developing and implementing engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and organizational programs that grew the business and enabled various functions to deliver on commitments. Carey's focus on diversity and inclusion strategy as well as employee value proposition was instrumental in their previous role.

Carey Pellock has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, an MBA in HR Management from Strayer University, and a Chief Human Resources Officer Program certificate from Wharton Executive Education. Carey is also certified in PHR and SHRM-CP.

Carey Pellock reports to Susan Muigai, EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer.
