Divya Munvar is a seasoned and passionate Recruitment Lead with over 17 years of expertise in bulk hiring, leadership recruitment, employer branding, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as campus recruiting. They have held significant roles at organizations such as UBS, BNP Paribas, and TransUnion, where they currently lead recruitment efforts for both lateral and campus recruitment. Divya began their educational journey with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science from B.A.M.U., followed by an MBA in HR from S.M.U.
