Javier C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Proposal Manager at TransUnion since July 2024, Javier previously held a similar role at Shipley Associates from December 2017 to July 2024, where the focus was on enhancing the sales process for Microsoft Consulting Services.
