Jayne Barrand has extensive experience in service delivery and incident management within the technology and data sectors. They served as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at TransUnion from 2016 to 2022, and are currently the IT Service Management Regional Lead for Europe at the same company. Prior to that, Jayne was the Global Incident and Problem Management Process Owner at Experian from 2005 to 2012, and they also held the position of SMC Manager at Severn Trent from 1997 to 2005.
