Jiawei W.

Jiawei (Joyce) W. is a dedicated Product UX Researcher at TransUnion, where they focus on enhancing user experiences. Previously, they served as a User Experience Researcher at Spirion, leveraging mixed-methods research to address enterprise needs in data security, and conducted usability studies for various organizations, including Dell and the Harry Ransom Center. Jiawei held positions as a Research & Design Associate and Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, where they coded and analyzed data on self-tracking perceptions. They are pursuing a Master of Science in UX Design/HCI while also studying Industrial and Product Design at the China University of Mining and Technology.
