John McKay is an experienced IT architect and technical leader with a history of impactful roles in major organizations. At IBM from October 2013 to April 2017, John served as an IT Architect within the Events Infrastructure team, enhancing strategic capabilities through innovative cloud solutions. At TransUnion from April 2025 to November 2020, John held positions including Director of Global IT Services and Senior Architect, providing leadership and strategic roadmaps while successfully managing a global team and delivering a Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solution. Earlier in John’s career, from 2008 to October 2013, John was the Chief Architect/Engineer for IBM supporting The Hartford Insurance Group, turning around a challenging account and achieving significant technological advancements. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science from Northeastern Illinois University and previously studied Aerospace Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
