Lindsey Downing

Lindsey (Whitehead) Downing is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and investor relations, currently serving as Head of Consumer Interactive and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at TransUnion since May 2011. Lindsey establishes strategic agendas, leads M&A efforts, and communicates business strategies to key stakeholders. Prior roles include Director of Investor Relations, where Lindsey was integral to a major IPO, and Director of Corporate Development, managing investor relations and M&A activities. Early career experience at CRA International involved advising clients on valuation and litigation matters. Lindsey holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Additionally, Lindsey served on the Board of Directors at Dashlane from November 2021 to October 2023.
