Michaela Zanger

Michaela Zanger, PMP, POPM, currently serves as a Program Manager at TransUnion, where responsibilities include enhancing request intake processes and aligning service requests with business needs. Prior to this role, Michaela worked as a Product Manager and Product Management Consultant at TransUnion, focusing on process design and customer consultation to optimize product usage. Michaela's earlier experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Process Improvement Project Manager and Document Simplification Project Manager, where significant contributions were made towards reducing onboarding costs and improving client-facing documents. Michaela also held the position of Implementation Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., successfully launching credit card programs, and began a career in client services at Crate & Barrel. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design.
