Mike Joynson has extensive experience in data management and privacy, with a career spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Business Analyst and later a Business Analysis Manager at Provident Personal Credit, Mike progressed to serve as a Senior Database & Analysis Manager at GE Consumer Finance. From September 2004 to November 2016, Mike held the role of Senior Marketing Manager for CRM Database & Operations at DLA Piper LLP. Following this, Mike transitioned to TransUnion, where responsibilities included Data Privacy Manager and Head of Data Privacy within the Data Governance Office until March 2025. Mike obtained A'Levels in Maths, Further Mathematics, Economics, Physics, and General Studies from Whitby County Comprehensive School, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Sheffield University.
