Nolan John

Nolan John currently serves as the Director of Global Customer Operations at TransUnion since January 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Managing Director of Operations at National Security & Fire (Pty) Ltd from January 2019 to January 2023, and Chief Executive Officer at TSIKO AFRICA SERVICES from June 2018 to January 2019. Nolan's career also features a position as Executive Head of Client and Intermediary Interaction at Momentum between July 2015 and August 2017, and as Chief Operating Officer at Absa from February 2009 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing 1,600 people in call centers across sales and service lines. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) obtained from Regent Business School from 2013 to 2015.
